• If a system error affects the outcome of any game, 365 ber reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagers.

• If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.
• Users may also request to close their account at any time.
• If you close your account yourself, any remaining balance — excluding unsettled bets — will be returned to you.
